TERMS OF BOOKING VACATION HOMES

Reservations

A 50% deposit of the total amount is required immediately you identify the holiday home you are interested in to have it reserved for you. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. This may differ with different seasons.

Occupancy by the Numbers

No parties, weddings or large gatherings are allowed in a villa, cottage or apartment without written permission. The holiday rental may not be occupied by more guests than specified in the rental contract. Rates are based on occupancy by numbers and additional fees will apply on extra persons.

Cancellations

Cancellation penalties differ with different seasons.

Under normal circumstances cancellations are subject to a minimum 30% cancellation fee based on the total cost of booking. Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival are Non-Refundable. Easter & Christmas bookings are also non-refundable. Please check at point of booking for cancellation penalties for your rental.

Security and Damage Deposits

Security and Damage deposits vary with different Holiday homes. The deposits are refunded a day to your departure. We expedite the refunds of deposits as best we can.

Tax & Service Charges

All our rates are inclusive of taxes & service charges.

Responsibility

Home Vacation Rentals acts only as agents for accommodation and assumes no responsibility for property loss or damage, nor liability for injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect in any vehicle or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying the passengers to or from their accommodations. If for any reason beyond its control including sale of a holiday home, Home Vacation Rentals is forced to cancel the booking made by the client or his agent. Best efforts will be made to offer another property of equivalent standard with which the client will be in agreement. If the price of the alternative property is less, the difference will be refunded to the client, but if the price is higher the client must pay the difference. If however, no agreement can be reached, both parties are entitled to cancel. Home Vacation Rentals will refund to the client only the rental price paid.
