When you list your property with us you'll be displaying it to a worldwide audience of potential renters. Our marketing campaigns make regular use of the internet as well as international newspapers and magazines. Moreover, because we've been in business for over 10 years, we have a large base of satisfied customers who love to tell their friends about us! In fact, many of our new clients discover us exclusively through word-of-mouth recommendations.

At Home Vacation Rentals, we value our property owners and strive to keep them happy. We will only tell you about suitable clients who meet the standards you require. If you specify that yours is a non smoking property, or that you do not want parties — we won't send those clients to you! Our support team is available 24 hours a day to help you make deals you feel comfortable with.

We take a security deposit from the client and hold it personally until 7 days after the vacation or even provide Rental Guarantee insurance. This protects the owner against the rare case of damages that occurred during the client's stay. Importantly, there is a Home Vacation Rentals office in every major region where we have property listed. This ensures that a member of the team is always near by to help with a problem if necessary.

It's a fact — the more pictures of your property you put on your profile, the more inquiries it will generate. People like to know what they're signing up for, and this is as true for real estate as it is for any other area of life. Because we know how important pictures are, we've incorporated a feature onto the site where you can upload several pictures at once, and to change their order of appearance. No more long hours in front of the computer!

When selecting the pictures, make sure to include a range of views and rooms. Some clients are particularly interested in seeing what the unit looks like from the outside. Water views and pool views (if you have them) will also make your property more attractive to potential renters.

Take a look at other profile descriptions to get an idea of how you want to write your own. Note which styles appealed to you in particular. Make sure your description is free from spelling and grammar mistakes, and does not use too many abbreviations. Your description should include the following information: number of bedrooms, bathrooms (a full bathroom includes a toilet with a bath/shower or both; a half bathroom includes just a toilet), and any amenities.
