Rental Guarantee

We require a security deposit from the client, which protects the owner against the rare case of damages that occurred during the client's stay. The deposit is held until 7 days after the stay. We do provide an option to secure a Rental Guarantee insurance policy.

Importantly, there is a Home Vacation Rentals office in every major region where we have property listed. This ensures that a member of the team is always near by to help with a problem if necessary.
